关于 卡罗尔·桑托斯:

Carol has currently been with the Justice Studies Department for over ten years, working as a Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Department Chair on special projects and as the Department Administrative Support Coordinator supporting students, faculty, and the College of 社会科学s to make sure that the department runs smoothly and thrives as it continues to grow.

Carol also worked for the 政府 of Justice Bureau from 2001-2011, reporting to the Director of the Bureau as the Training Coordinator. Carol worked with statewide law enforcement agencies and the California Commission on Police Officer Standards & Training, coordinating training for investigators of law enforcement agencies and a statewide Investigators Training Symposium.

Before that, Carol worked from 1991-2001 in the product development/client services departments of Achieve Global Inc. (formally Zenger Miller Inc.), an international corporate training organization. In her roles as Client Services and Project Systems Specialist, Carol worked 一个-on-一个 with product development, marketing, and client services teams creating and supporting new customer service and sales training products.
